Determining Shipping Cost
To determine the cost of air transport by Expeditors International, simply determine which airport the order is to be shipped to, then consult the Rate Chart. Please note also the way that we determine the Currency Conversion Rate.
Before any order is accepted by our computer, you will be shown the exact cost of shipping, separate from the cost of your items. You will also be shown a grand total cost, which will be converted to US Dollars for your convenience.

Shipping Method
Expeditors International will transport your shipment from the shop to selected airport. The transit time of the shipment is approx. 1 week.

This shipment will arrive to the airport by standard airline which will notify you upon arrival of your shipment. The shipment should be customs cleared for the import by you personally at the airport or by any customs broker based at the airport (there is a selection of them at every airport)

Currency Conversion Rate
Charges to a customerīs account in foreign currency will be converted to the customerīs currency using a weekly exchange rare secured through the Czech National Bank, plus an exchange fee equal to 0.7% of the amount converted.

Broken Items
Please note that if your items arrive broken you need to send pictures of the broken items and a short letter stating the amount of money claimed (according the cost of the items stated in the invoice) to Crystal Online, Bezrucova 15, 418 01 Bilina, Czech Republic and inform the sales department via e.mail at sales@crystal-treasury.com

Service restrictions
There is no limit to the total shipment weight or the number of packages in a multiple-package shipment.
