   To determine the cost of having your items shipped to you by COL, simply determine which Tariff Zone the order is to be shipped to, then consult the Rate Chart. Please note also the Declared Value Charge, and the way that we determine the Currency Conversion Rate.

   Before any orders are accepted by our computers, you will be shown the exact cost of shipping, separate from the cost of your items. You will also be shown a grand total cost, which will be converted to US Dollars for your convenience.
